The NFL season is quietly approaching, and there are plenty of new faces in new places. New England will have a new quarterback for the first time in two decades after Tom Brady opted to leave via free agency and join the Buccaneers. And the Patriots, who have won 11 straight division titles, are not favorites to win the AFC East at Caesars Sportsbook.

Patrick Mahomes and the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs remain the favorites to repeat at 4-1, and the 49ers are still the choice out of the NFC at +750 to win the big game. Brady's new team? They're 11-1 (the Pats are 20-1).

What do the odds look like for everyone else?

The Green Bay Packers are minus-10,000 on the money line to win the NFC North, meaning a bettor would have to wager $10,000 to win $100 if the Packers claim the title. The same is true for the New. If the season ended today, the Packers would win the NFC North and hold the No. 3 seed in the NFC. Both the Saints (6-2) and Seahawks (6-2) have tiebreakers over the Packers based on conference win percentage, even though the Packers beat the Saints head-to-head in Week 3. The top six teams in the NFC all have either two or three losses. Despite back-to-back last place finishes in the NFC North, Detroit still has +550 odds to win the division– the best odds of any projected last place finisher in the league. The Lions have a projected 6.5 win total at most books, making them a tough bet to take in the NFC North.
